Kazuki Yamamoto is a Japanese barkeeper, serving cappuccino and other delights at Cafe 10g in Osaka. Probably defining him as a barkeeper is a bit reductive, as he is a real artist when it comes to pour milk foam on a cappuccino. He started out drawing 2d arts on cappuccino foam with coffee and milk, portraying famous people or cartoon characters.
Cappuccino after cappuccino he perfected his technique, until he finally managed to realize real 3d latte arts. The amazing thing is that every time he publishes a new photo on his cafe’s twitter feed his latest creation is better than the previous. He has even started to realize latte sculptures that interact from a cup to another, like a cat chasing a fish on another cup.
