This cute little kid is Carter. One day he knocked on his neighbor’s door and all he did was asking for a banana. The neighbor gave him the fruit, “obviously” took a picture, and Carter walked away like what just happened was the most natural thing on Earth.
But what is so special about a little kid asking his neighbor for a banana? Nothing if it wasn’t that the neighbor is the Reddit user Theone221, and uploaded the photo of Carter eating the banana with the title “This is Carter. He knocked on my door to ask if he could have a banana, then left”.
Needless to say, Reddit went literally crazy about this story, and hundreds of photo manipulations depicting Carter in funny situations started popping out.
A new, funny internet sensation was born.
