If you are a creative person and have some serious sculpting skills, there is nothing you can’t do with some foam, your imagination and the right tools.
Imgur user zmnypit shared the impressive work of one of his friends, who spent months creating the perfect Predator costume for Halloween.
Here are the photos of the entire process. The result is an incredibly accurate costume, something you would never tell was made by a single man with some DIY tools in his garage.
This guy is a real genius.

He started his masterpiece by cutting some pieces of foam with an electric knife and a grinder.

Each piece of foam was glued on a spandex onesie and covered with multiple layers of latex.

Part of the armor were made using a thinner and more rigid foam.

Here are the blades, made of ABS plastic and cut using a dremel tool.
A small wire fits between your fingers. When you pull it the blades pop out.

Dreads were made using some all purpose weather striping heated over the eye of a stove and rolled to size. Once cooled they were plasti dipped.

This part is made from old LED belt buckle, compass parts, electrical box etc…
