Brooklyn based graphic designer Victoria Siemer is the author of the interesting series “Human Error“, a set of scanned polaroids with computer error messages photoshopped on them.

This series features some strongly emotional pictures, with the aforementioned messages enforcing the meaning the author wanted to give to the images.
