In order to run a successful business, it’s important that you to have excellent people-skills and can develop positive relationships with your consumers.

Luckily, this sweet potato stand in Japan is managed by Ken-Kun who’s an expert at charming customers.

Ken-Kun is a 3-year-old Shiba Inu who has gained a lot of attention after a video of him hanging out in his sweet potato stall was posted online.

The pup is seen peeking up over the service window, scouting for fresh customers.

Ken-Kun takes his job very seriously and his adorable face is a powerful marketing tool.

In front of the stand, Ken-Kun has a big box filled with roasted sweet potatoes.

Customers pick out a potato themselves and then slip their money into a small hole.

Ken-Kun is not very good at counting money, so he trusts that his customers are honest and pay him what he’s due.

This also means that he can’t give his customers any change, which they’re notified of via a cute sign that’s posted on the potato stand and reads: “Because I’m a dog, I can’t give you change.”

A roasted sweet potato costs 100 yen (about 1 dollar) to buy and is a delicious and popular choice of street food.

While delicious from the start, getting to buy a roasted potato from an adorable pup must make it taste even better.

In his free time, Ken-Kun loves to walk around Sapporo City with his owner.

He knows that it’s important to have a good work-life balance.

Ken-Kun is so adorable that it must feel pretty boring being served by a normal shopkeeper after having made a purchase from his stand. Surely, he’s the most store manager around!
