This Shelter Takes Dogs Out For “Puppuccinos” To Help Them Find A Forever Home

Share this post on FB:

Kitsap Humane Society in Washington provides shelter for homeless pets and helps them find a forever home. In order to promote pet adoption, they came up with the Puppuccino Pals program. On Tuesdays, a lucky dog gets a trip to the local Starbucks to enjoy a Puppuccino, a small cup filled with whipped cream that is apparently a part of the secret menu. The dog will also be featured as the dog of the week in Starbucks which may increase his chances of getting adopted. Some dogs who may not be suited for the stressful trip, still get a treat and are still featured in the program. You can learn more about the Puppuccino program on their Instagram account and you can visit their website if you are interested in supporting the organization. Meanwhile, enjoy a few snapshots of dogs enjoying the whole Puppuccino experience.
