This German Circus Is Using Holograms Instead Of Live Animals To Stop Animal Abuse

Circus Roncalli is a German circus founded in 1976 by Bernhard Paul and André Heller. They have been a traditional circus for decades, but today they are trying to change the way people think about their shows, and do their part to fight animal abuse by becoming the first circus in the world using 3D holograms instead of live animals.
The effort make their idea real was massive, and they use the newest Optoma projectors to fill their 105 feet (32 meters) wide arena with stunning holograms, surprising their audience without having to keep animals in cages anymore.
Of course Roncalli’s show still involves some live attractions like acrobats and fiery circles, but the use of animals is definitely a thing of the past.
