They Always Told Us Not To Crack Our Knuckles, But What Really Happens When We Do It?

Share this post on FB:

We’ve always been told not to crack our knuckles and joints, but nobody ever told us exactly why. Is it really that armful for us or is it just an urban legend?

Vox recently revealed that the sound we hear when we crack our joints are nothing but tiny bubbles of gas that pop because of the friction.

The best part is that according to Vox cracking our knuckles is not armful at all and it’s not related in any way to arthritis.

In the video below you can watch the entire explanation. It’s pretty interesting, we strongly advice to take a look, obviously while cracking your knuckles.
