Meet the artist who can make virtually anything she can dream up with an Amazon cardboard box. Monomi Ohno studied 3D art rendering at Osaka University of the Arts. Like many students in college, she didn’t have the money to buy the software program she needed to make her intricate ideas come to life. That was when she noticed old Amazon boxes at her home and decided to unleash all her creativity with them. Not only was she able to create incredibly detailed sculptures, the effort that is put into each piece and the intricacy displayed in her works is remarkable. She created sneakers she created out of cardboard, an R2D2 model, a half opened chocolate bar, and even a giant dollar bill among the others. Sugoi!
