Depression is a lonely and bleak experience, and no one else really understands what someone is going through besides people suffering from it. If you’ve ever been there, you know what I mean. It is important to have an outlet and that is exactly what Polish artist Dawid Planeta did with his dark and poignant paintings. He depicts his depression as a mysterious jungle he has to go through. Along the way, he faces his challenges and fears depicted as huge animals. His creations are proof that sometimes nothing else speaks quite like pictures.
