Life has always been ‘reality vs. expectation’ game, and the same applies to living with unpredictable but nonetheless lovable cats.
Illustrator and sand-artist Vernessa Himmler from Hamburg, Germany, gives us a glimpse of what it’s like to live with her two cheeky cats, Mikosch and Koschka, through her fun and highly-relatable comics for all us cat people.
Vernessa has been into drawing since young age, and now she holds a masters degree in illustration from HAW Hamburg – Design Department. She has been practicing her craft as a freelance illustrator since early 2013 and the following series of funny cat comics is her most recent project. All of them are taken from first hand experience of Vernessa living with her white fluffy cats she adopted a few years ago.
