Finding a spot to park in has never been an easy job, and it’s made even more difficult by people who park their car inappropriately. If that makes you angry every time you’re not alone. It should be called parking robbery and be included in the bylaws.
Usually there is no point in reporting crappy parking to authorities, so these people decided that a small passive-aggressive note was good enough to make them understand.
