As we all know, we’re currently facing a global pandemic and it’s important that we all do our part in minimising the spread of COVID-19.
As such, many of us are practising social distancing in order to protect not only ourselves but our communities as a whole.
Being cooped up at home can be frustrating and we know that many people are also suffering from feelings of stress and anxiety at this time.
