Have you ever had a conversation with an IT technician? The first questions they ask you are always the same: is your computer plugged it? Are your mouse’s batteries fully charged? And things like that.
I always wondered what’s the point with these questions, assuming that everybody would know at least the basics of using a computer. According to these awkward conversations shared on Thwack by IT technicians, I was wrong: technology illiterates will really ask the darndest things.
1. The disc expert
2. Is the mouse alive?
3. Power switch
4. No time to Google it (but I have plenty of time to bug my IT tech)
5. A little confusion
6. Why would it use batteries?
